I. Love. this. You would think that green walls are meant for big commercial spaces or grand houses, well, this green wall is used in the transition space of a teeny studio! It's the perfect way of economizing floor space, while still bringing in greenery. Additionally, the plants will help decontaminate the air in the urban environment. Green walls or Living walls, which can be complete ecosystems or a simple arrangement of plants, are much like green roofs, THE green design element you would want to make a step towards green living. Check out interior landscape designer, Patrick Blanc, who specialises in building vertical gardens.

Green walls...I just got that words today from your post, and thanks. Even though I've seen green walls but don't know they call them Green Walls. I feel to make my small office like that with worrying it's a hard work to care those plants....
ReplyDeleteI love that...I wonder how much maintenance it takes??
ReplyDeleteGreen walls are so cool :-) I suspect I'd probably kill it if I had one, though -- I either over-water or under-water plants!!
