It's Friday! Meaning the weekend is upon us:) What are your plans? I have a gourmet weekend ahead, which involves roasted duck(one of my absolute favorites) and me baking...a banana tart! I've only made it once before, using a recipe very similar to this one. I am hoping it will turn out yummy. By the way, have I mentioned that I like the glass back splash above? What an interesting way of displaying art in the kitchen! (I must be in happy mood, I keep using "!") Anyway, have a great weekend!
