"Hand-picked by The Animal Medical Center(AMC), William Peterson of Kohn Pederson Fox, Sandi Pei of Pei Partnerships Architects, and Bartholomew Voorsanger of Voorsanger Architects designed and built a luxury doghouse, birdhouse, and cat condo, respectively, for a charity auction event, each inspired by existing designs from around the world. Pederson’s doghouse, named “One Jackson,” is modeled after Greenwich Village condominium complex One Jackson Square; the birdhouse by Pei is based on pavilions in Tianfu Square in Chengdu, China; and Voorsanger’s muse for his cat condo, titled “Cats Cradle,” was a Harley Davidson motorcycle."
